Really great! loved the service and the quality
Brought in 7 shirts and one pair of pants. I walked in, my first time there and said hello. The lady at the computer didn't even acknowledge that I came in. I just stood there until she was finished with what she was doing on the computer. Very rude! Anyways she told me that it would be ready Thursday. Thursday at around noon I was in the area so I gave them a call to see if the clothes were ready. I was told that one of the machines broke so the clothes are not ready. well simple , nxt to centre, I found the coupon in the parking lot , ( in a water puddle ) so the 6 items was taken to your shop in the same complex. the best thing is Teresa (yes I know I have missed spelled,) she did not even mind a wet coupon, that is great service, with a smile, so I am hooked and will be her customer. oh I rarely do on line feedback, she is that good, and she drives a long way to be the best...thx mike @ flowermound.

Lupe is great. Room for improvement: o make sure buttons haven't become loose or missing o when replacing buttons for button down collars, ensure the right size buttons are used
