i am giving you a 2 because the gal who waited on me was very pleasant and professional. however, otherwise it wold have been a 1. I was shocked to say the least when she told me the cost for my items. $73.00 for my order. and that was supposedly with 20% off coupon. HA! I have been dry cleaning clothes for 25 years and never have i paid those kinds of prices. Its a great service- but I think each house needs to know the time when their delivery person is picking up and dropping off so you don't miss the service and then have to bring it in yourself. That becomes a pain.
Very impressed with the friendliness when I walked in and very satisfied with the work done to my clothes. Just moved into the area and have found my new neighborhood cleaners.
