Purchased a towel radiator online - Manraj was very helpful in following up to check I had the valves I forgot to order. I didn't so I'm grateful for the email - I didn't get it from other suppliers. Overall, I do feel the total I purchased was a little pricey but hopefully the quality is there and I feel supported enough if there are mistakes.
