I have yet to have a bad experience in the medical facilities in Temple. Or in Austin for that matter. Great care with great people. Anytime I need an appointment they worked me in or this facilitate an outside source
I have no complaints, yes sometimes you have to wait yes sometimes things dont go as planned but I appreciate the service and care they give me
I took my grandpa to this place the VA in Austin sent him there he was peeing blood we waited 7 1/2 hours to be seen by a doctor the wait time sucks I watched people after people come in and wait a long time I ask why and the said they where waiting on a doctor to get there they didn't even have a doctor on duty
They need to clarify on locations of appointments... It's hard enough finding the location but finding the actual location of the appointment... �
As usual, CTVAHC provides timely, compassionate and accurate health care for my 89 y.o. veteran father with Alzheimer's. It makes going to see the doctors an adventure instead of dread. Thank you.
