Pharmacy is slow and there rude rest of the hospital is great

My mom and I visited my cousin yesterday in ICU. We were advised (our first visit here) since my mom is 85 and needed assistance walking, that it would be best for us to use valet parking. I was certainly impressed by their enthusiasm to assist those coming in. They asked her if she needed a wheelchair. It was better than her using a walker as there ended up being a lot of walking. I've always had excellent service an care at Temple VA Health center my ENT Doctor ( sergeon) is the Best there is, I Quote, yesterday I had a appointment at nuerolgy at 1:45 in the evening, I arrived at 0900 hrs. An saw Dr. At 09:30
6 Month physical you can't beat that. And meds when you need it. My appointments are always on schedule I almost never have to wait. Sometime I get seen sooner them my actual appointment schedule it's awesome.
