Yesterday while visiting the VA for what was supposed to be just pre-op, turned into an all day affair. Starting with the Lab. Took two hours to get called to just get my labels and another 20 mins to actually have my blood drawn. Why? Well because their computers were down yet AGAIN. I started off with 63 people ahead of me, do you know how excited I got when that number finally dropped to 10 people ahead of me. Pretty sad deal yesterday.

Came to ER for treatment on Saturday. Staff took me in quickly checked me out, confirmed issue and gave me the medication needed. Very quick, helpful, and attentive. Thanks!
Im so greatful for the treatment my grandfather has recived during stay. His surgery went perfect as expected. The staff here is incredibly nice to us. And the frequent checks are greatly appreciated!
Took 4 phone calls and us going up there to get my uncle's meds that he was due, the Drs need to stop waiting til last minute to just sign something!!!!
