The waiting time at this hospital is an absolute joke. Booked in 2:30pm. Arrived at 2:15pm, checked in. Then waited 2 hours just to be seen. People were given priority ahead of us with no explanation as to why. I would avoid this hospital by all means.
I had an appointment on the 6th of August,,I called them in the morning,,that I can not able to attempt the afternoon appointment..the lady on the phone,,asked why,,I answered that I am sick,,I asked her to tell the doctor...one day later I had an email,,that I did not attempt my appointment and they don't know the reason why...this is utterly ridiculous. I did phone them again,,telling them why they are saying this,,and a lady said on the phone,,sorry, I can't help.so you are being responsible,,cancel or trying to reschedul... read more
