Farm to table California-Mediterranean cuisine. Everything is made in house from scratch, including our ciabatta and baguets, which are baked fresh each morning in our wood fired oven. House specialty is pork from the chef's own farm - sometimes as a pork confit served over stewed runner beans and buttermilk onion rings; on another night maybe as chorizo in housemade pasta. Warm, knowledgable service and a great wine selection featuring equal parts local and international wines.

Celebrated my birthday at Central Market . It was my first visit and I will definitely be back. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! Each dish was layered with flavors that complemented one another. It was delectable! Wonderful dinner thank you.

Food isn't love, but at Central Market you wouldn't know the difference! Is it appropriate to lick one's plate in public? Superb service for a single diner too!
everything we ate was ridiculously delicious. Enjoyed every part of our meal and there wasn't a crumb left on our plates. I got the chicken bomba and my boyfriend got the braised short ribs. The most earthy, fresh comfort food you could possibly have. We also split a white pizza with shaved pumpkin and brussel sprouts, bacon and fontina cheese. No matter how full you think you may be, order this pizza.
The food here is AWESOME! Great small plates and an eclectic wine list.

Amazing restaurant! The atmosphere is very comfortable and the decor fits right in with the farm to kitchen theme. The menu is unique and changes with the seasons. The portions are generous and the ingredients are fresh. When I'm in Petaluma again, we are having dinner there.
Totally over the top happy here! I may never leave!
