About this business
Farm to table California-Mediterranean cuisine. Everything is made in house from scratch, including our ciabatta and baguets, which are baked fresh each morning in our wood fired oven. House specialty is pork from the chef's own farm - sometimes as a pork confit served over stewed runner beans and buttermilk onion rings; on another night maybe as chorizo in housemade pasta. Warm, knowledgable service and a great wine selection featuring equal parts local and international wines.

We've been going to Central for years. It's always great. We really love the little gems salad and scallops with potato hash. Excellent wine selection too. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
