I’ve never had a better or smoother car leasing experience! So grateful that we got to work with Alens! In the past, starting a new lease as well as dealing with a trade in has been a rather stressful and very drawn out experience. But Alens made everything go smoothly, was very helpful in explaining our first all electric car, and was never pushy or putting pressure on us to make a decision faster than we were ready to. Avoid this place like the plague. They sell used vehicles that they do not have the title to and that still have liens. This is against the law. My elderly mother purchased a used vehicle outright from Lia Toyota 25 days ago and she still has not received it. After she entered into a sales contract, which obligates her to trade-in her current vehicle, the dealership said they didn't have the title. She later discovered through her insurance company that there is a lien on the vehicle with a Michigan bank. Checked again today... read more

The work of those like John Lombardi has been great. In Terms of the dealership as a whole….we got better pricing elsewhere and the wait time for inspection is pretty long.

I like the vehicle I purchased. The salesperson was very helpful. But overall the dealership was not transparent about the price of the vehicle.
