Overall friendly service and a very nice customer waiting room area. Just a little bit of improvement on communication with customers.
John was a great help in my car buying process he even helped me install my new seat covers!

I had an excellent experience working with John Imparato when looking for a new car! John was able to explain the details of the Prius to me in words that made sense to a non-dealer. He communicated clearly about timeline for the availability of the car, and John contacted me quickly when the car arrived. Came in on a whim last year while driving by the dealership on a Saturday and ended up being assisted by John Imparato. He took me on a test drive of a stunning new Tacoma and went over all the changes that have been made since I bought mine.
