Legally questionable sales practices and service department I went to purchase a used 2013 toyota tundra. During the test drive the 4L and check engine lights appeared. I continued with the purchase agreement, with the understanding, the service department would correct the issue before the sale. I was told by the salesman, the service department had determined the error, and were fixing the issue. Great sales man We come to the dealership looking for a used pick up, we were greeted outside and instead of a pushy salesman he was inquisitive about what we were looking for and was willing to listen. He was also very curtious, and willing to work with us in the end we purchased hased a new vehicle.
