Jamie was great and very helpful with relaying information regarding the repairs on my Highlander. I also appreciate the live video of the mechanics explaining the work they are doing and why. I’ll always go back to Basil Toyota Lockport.

They broke my car’s windshield while working on it, and now it needs to be replaced, but they won’t take responsibility for the damage.
Arrived was quickly greeted. The service representative Kyle was friendly and helpful. He delivered the car as promised too! Rather a pleasant experience.
Basil Toyota continues to amaze me. Jamie Branch and the service team are outstanding. They are kind, courteous, efficient and go above /beyond. I had an issue with my power window Tuesday evening, made an appointment for Wednesday morning 7:00 a.m.. The team took my vehicle in diagnosed. The problem also found another problem + head me back up and running by 4:00 p.m. that day. Couldn't ask for better service.
