As the sales representative, Victor was knowledgeable and friendly. Wellesley Toyota is a relaxed and not a pressured environment to make a car deal. Mark, who negotiated all the sale paperwork, was very kind and thoughtful, and I noticed that he fully included my wife in our conversation by directing comments to her and valuing her presence in a very egalitarian and non-sexist way. And we made a deal in a speedy way. I had bought a previous Prius here, and as a return customer, I'm glad I chose Wellesley Toyota.

Excellent service. Fast, attentive and personable. I highly recommend them. The price was reasonable - they are very good!
The personal are very nice however a car that has had constant and regular service all of a sudden has a valve issue and the car isn't running they way it used to. The car isn't that old, and the answer is to spend 6k to fix it. It was there for 2 weeks and is running worse than before. After the motor went to Mazda this i don't understand. I rely on my car for work and do not have 6k to fix or buy a new car, this has now put me in a bad position.
Great service and staff. Prices are quite a bit higher than other service centers. But overall happy.
Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us buy the car of our choice. He was easygoing and seemed to be a decent person. If I were to buy again i would seek out Andrew.
