I dealt with Matt and Taylor both. This is my second new Highlander I have bought in Waterville. They are both very friendly, nice and very knowledgeable. I would definitely go back there again.
I Gary Coleman have been buying new and used cars,motorcycles,boats for 62 years and have never been upset and frustrated with any Dealer in my life.The dealer gave false information and promises that I would only expect from a second hand dealer. Initially I had an appointment with Greg but he wasn’t available, so I ended up getting Doug instead and he was excellent. If Greg is unavailable next time, I’ll definitely will be requesting Doug.

Phillip Lombardi in the service department was a sparkling, friendly, helpful presence in what could have been a tiresome process. Phil made us feel as though it was an honor to help us and take care of the recall issue for our 2022 Sienna. There was no push to have other repairs done, just a real pleasure in taking care of us. Cannot say enough good about the way he made us feel about our experience at Lia Toyota.
