feel I was over charged for the purchase of my vehicle by more than $9,000 dollars. I was explained it was fair market pricing and they can charge that due to the war in Ukraine. A $19,500 car is going to cost nearly $43,000 to pay off due to the shilling of the salesperson and the loan people at Central Houston Nissan

Sent a very long email explaining my issues and what happened with no response. I sent the email to every single email address on the Central Houston Nissan website. Here is a summary: Advertised a Nissan Versa Note S with 18,626 miles for $8,495 on 2/14/22. Called ahead of time and stay in communication with the dealership to drive 1.5 hours to drive the car. I received a flyer in the mail, with a scratch off area on it. When I scratched it off, I found that I had won $2,500 dollars. I called the phone number to claim my prize. Of course, when I called, the skeptic in me kicked in, and I asked questions. My first question was "Does this $2,500 have to be used for a particular purpose?". She answered "No, you don't have to buy a car to receive the money. It is yours to keep.". My husband was approved for a 2019 Nissan Frontier at the beginning of the process. Then it went to a 2019 Nissan Titan are an 2011 Nissan Frontier. Okay after reviewing his credit and talking to the lenders they put him in the 2011 Nissan Frontier with over 100,000 miles on it and an $1000 down-payment. Remind you at this point he gave all the necessary monies that was due at the time of finalizing the deal. charged $200 for the diagnostic fee, $1800 for MAF sensor code P0101. arms&legs ripped off from this dealer. dropped off at 7:40AM, waited until customer called to give status update. very bad business. everyone should stay away from the services at least.

Rosa Rodriguez 2 reviews·6 photos a week agoNEW Should of researched for reviews before going here. Totally agree with some of these reviews about false advertising. Went there for one price and got jacked up form 13,991 to 26500plus, to end up having a broken used 2017 Jeep Compass Sport with a little less than 49,000miles after having it for 19 days not even driven for 10 days. On May 3, 2021 I bought a Nissan rogue 2021 my credit score wasn’t all that great so my mom cosign for me when they had to sign the paperwork they made my mom signed the buyers line and me sign the cosigners line they said that’s how they’re supposed to submit it to the bank we both asked why when it should be the other way around they assured us that once the bank got it they will change it around I didn’t said my mom does not need a cosigner I’m the one that needs a cosigner they still made us sign in those lines and state... read more

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Compass from this company,Two months after I purchased my vehicle I had to have my transmission replaced due to the tork converter going out and the metal got into the transmission.Also I have replaced the brakes front and back.Now I have had my Jeep for 6 months and now the rack in pin needs to be replaced.They false advertised all the way across the board.I would RECOMMEND anyone to this company.

Brought my car in for service. The service person who i had an appointment with was apparently busy so a different service person wrote the name of the original service guy with paint on my window instead of speaking to him in person. When I picked up my car the paint was still on the window. When I asked if they were going to was it off the response of Paul ********, the manager, was “we can’t do anything bc your bumper has a dent in it, however you can take a washcloth and remove it yourself.” Numerous Surveys and complain... read more
