I bought a new 2023 Nissan Ultima on October 14. I received a phone call a couple of weeks later that my tags and registration were in, this was probably a Wednesday. Bait and Switch Liars … advertises a vehicle for a set price, drive an hour to see and most likely to buy. 2 calls to confirm and separate call by other dealer confirming avail still hour before. Oh, it’s been in accident earlier today and in body shop, we can get exact truck from another dealer, same price. This place is a joke all together, first the car we wanted to buy was just not there when the salesperson on call even confirmed it. Later when we decided to purchase another car the finance department was a whole different story. I havent been to any place where they treat customers like ****! This place is joke. They advertised a truck for $35k and I went to buy it. Drove 3 hours to get there, go over numbers and they inflated the price to $53k for add-ons, market adjustment, some GPS thing I didn't want, paint protection, the lift kit, wheels and tires, etc. I have never experienced this before and I have bought a lot of cars. I got up and walked out, I am still in disbelief. I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE! Stay far away.
They mislead me to believe I'd won 2,500 bucks in cash from a scratch-off mailer that they sent out. I went to the web address listed on the mailer, and it seemed to confirm that I'd won... so, I drove half an hour to go claim my prize. When I got there, I saw my same winning number on the mailers that they had taped to the windows... it was a ploy to dupe people into coming and looking at cars... They told me that I had, in fact, only won a $5 Amazon gift card - despite the indications on the mailer.
The worst dealership in Houston! I called to speak to sales to obtain more information on purchasing a vehicle. I was transferred to New Sales Dept and a man with a VERY hard accent who i think i heard him say Pata something , well anyways he was very unprofessional, agressive and extremely rude. Worst Experience EVER! Showed a car online with pictures for a price that was reasonable. Told me the car was there. I dove almost two hours for them to then tell me the car had been sold two days go. Well not sold but a deposit was put on it 2 dsays ago and the person was going to buy it the day I got there. Worst experience ever. I would give this dealership ZERO stars if it was possible. Here is what happened... Last week I received one of their mailings that showed that I have won $2500. After going to their website to claim my prize, I received a confirmation email stating that my winning number has been verified. I was given an appointment time of 11 o'clock to collect my prize. This dealership is a total scam. They advertise a specific car for 34k and after I agreed to purchase the car applied for credit and had my credit report ran they came back and told me they forgot to mention the accessory dealer package they put on the car for 6k bringing the total sales price to 40k! This is absolutely ** and false advertisement!!
