This is your classic bait and switch dealership. Not only do they sell the cars for way more than advertised, they lead you to believe you are getting this great Apex GPS tracker etc with all these great app features. What they don't tell you is they charge you 4k, but you don't have access to the Apex app unless you upgrade and pay the dealer. I'm considering filing a lawsuit and also making a complaint through the AG's office and I recommend each of you do the same. I will never return to or recommend this dealership.
This is the #1 dealership in Texas to STAY AWAY FROM. I researched many vehicles online for months before finding a 2021 Hyundai Tucson Value at this dealership, who offered the vehicle for $26,900 on their website. When I went in to purchase, they insisted the car was worth $31,500 because of "manufacture upgrades." I said that if the car was worth $31,500, they should have posted that price on their website and on the sticker on the window. I told them their "bait and switch" sales tactic was dishonest, fraudulent and unet... read more
Did pre approval application online, connected with a finance manager named Karen *******. Worked out specifics and told her what vehicle I was looking for. Confirmed vehicle availability before making my way to the dealership. Once I got to the dealership Karen was nowhere to be found. So I sat down with another salesman who the proceeded to tell me that the car I wanted was “sold” and then once I told him that the car’s availability was just confirmed before I got up there to the dealership once I told him that, he changed... read more
Their cars are no good they are equipped which transmission problems CVT engine problems steering wheel problems exhaust problems sensors problems the problem just go on and on and on at the end you will be stuck with these problem cars. Once you are done with paying for these cars these problems will continue.Nissan will not stay behind these cars these calls will cause injury or death if not fixed properly and Nissan will not stand behind these default cars.
This company needs to be closed down for telling lies to customers. I was told of a sale advertised as zero down, no payments for 90 days, and drive away today, everyone approved regardless of credit, etc. All types of lies! Spent the entire day with them. Even going as far as getting a sponsor they made me call around to do with a perfect score. Then, I sat there again for hours. All to get denied!!! And still asked for a downpayment. Y'all are frauds and need to go out of business If I could give these liars a 0.00 I would... read more
Bad experience! Drove all the way from Arkansas to get a truck which I was told was 42 thousand by Diana Valencia. She even showed me the listing online and I thought it was a great price. Diana told me my monthly payments would be around 1,300 which I didn’t think anything of it because I can afford that and don’t know much about financing so I just accepted it assuming the price of the truck was 42 thousand like she had said. When signing the contract the finance guy was sort of rushing just saying sign “here, here and the... read more
They had a good price online and then tried to sneak in a $5,995 inspection/prep fee AND a $4,995 market adjustment. So the car became like $10k more than the original price shown online. They tried to convince us why it was still a good deal. What a joke. We wasted 2 hours for nothing.
Used car division, vehicle on AutoTrader advertised for $17,780.00. Dealer added $3,300.00 for market adjustment and $6,800.00 for dealer certification. New total $27,880.00. Refused offer. New offer a little less. Refused offer. Finally came back with $20,500.00 + TTL + cost of extended warrantee. Would not give cost of warranty unless agreed to offer. Decided to walk out at this time. Very unscrupulous business practice, not illegal false advertising. Recommend staying away from these people. Zero Stars
We went in to purchase a vehicle listed for $18,477 online and after 6 hours of extremely slow service and reviewing a few other vehicles they did not know the location of...we gave the go ahead to purchase. The brought out the total amount and explaining there was a mandatory car locator finder fee, we were beginning to be frustrated. The showed us the final amount and it was ~$31,500 dollars including a low vehicle availability fee. Nearly 12K was above and beyond the tax title and license fees. We left in disgust and one ... read more
