This is a follow up posting concerning the unethical practices that this dealership employed to try and sale cars. This dealership called my home to announce that me a (disabled veteran) needed to setup an appointment time to receive a prize from the dealership. We made it clear that we live an hour away and had no time to waste on a Hoax. The event coordinator assured us we had won this prize and needed to come pick the prize up in person. purchased 4 new tires from them, got a nail within 6 months brought it back to them because i purchased the warranty since then I’ve been back to Nissan about 12-15 times for the same tire for the last 2-3 months I’ve been getting the run around for them to replace it. Buyer beware! Deceptive practices and bait-and-switch tactics run rampant at this dealership. Don't sign anything without thorough scrutiny. My 100k mile warranty magically disappeared at 78k, leaving me with repair costs. Even worse, they mishandled my gap insurance refund, leaving me in the lurch. Two months later, still no resolution and management won't even pick up the phone. Total nightmare experience. Never again, Nissan.

buyer beware. went to see and purchase a vehicle listed for $32k on **********, *********, and ****** website. BAIT AND SWITCH! After 5 hours of waiting to go through all the paperwork they reviewed the numbers with me...CHARGING $8600 extra for tires and wheels, $3600 for 'reconditioning fee' and $2000 for warranty + windowshield and dent protection. Buyer beware. Misleading price on internet. The price on a certified Titan was $32,600. This price was found on Nissan's Certified preowned web page; and matched Central's price online. Living 600 miles away, I sent multiple pictures of my trade in. They texted back an offer for my trade which would have resulted in a deal for me and a sale for them.
