I went to this flower shop to get my friend’s 40th birthday present. A lady from shop was busy doing stuff on her own. I was the only customer in the shop. As I was looking around the shop, I asked her what she has and whether she can do a customised bouquet. She answered yes in very short abrupt way and uninterested. Very friendly service and good range of flowers. The lady I spoke with really showed what warm customer service means.
Ordered very last minute funeral flowers and the lady on the phone I believe her name was Hatijah was absolutely amazing! She made sure to even have the flowers ready a whole hour before the time agreed. I would definitely repurchase flowers from here as customer service was fantastic!
