I received a letter in the mail saying that they would like to purchase my 2011 Toyota Corolla with no purchase necessary. The letter states THIS IS A NO PURCHASE NECESSARY OFFER and that I am only required to bring my title, proof of insurance. I go to Toyota and provided them with the amount of mileage on my car. We did contact the customer and scheduled him an appointment to listen to his concerns. He came in and wanted us to change his Camry LE for a Camry SE with push start button without paying anything extra. We explained to him that his deal was funded by the bank and offered him to pay him exactly what he paid for his Camry LE as a trade but the vehicle he wants cost more money. He stated that he cannot afford it, thank us and left. As far as the situation with the employee it was handled it internally like we should.
They tried to scam me out of $1,100. I had to jumpstart my car twice in one day, so I went to an auto parts shop nearby and they tested the battery and the alternator. The first test showed that the battery and the alternator were bad, but after installing a new battery and testing for a second time, everything was good. Please avoid this place if you don’t want to spend hundreds, if not thousands on maintenance for a used car only two months after getting it!! My husband, my cousin, my dad and I all got our cars from this place and let’s not even mention the amount of people we recommended here. I have bought many cars over the years and never have I had a worse experience than at this dealership. The advertised 99.00 lease special, but came up with a lease payment of 300+ for a lease. Same base car model advertised. I told her it was false advertising and that they increased the price and added charges not normally charged. She pretty much said, they can do whatever they want and charge whatever they want. We walked out. Stay away!

Very bad service, went there for oil change, waited for 3 hours and car not even touched yet.Spoke to my advisor Gerry but was not very helpful even the manager Maggie.Not good for the business. Never had this experience before at this dealership.
Worst place ever!!! They sold me a car under warranty without the pressure sensors on the 4 tires!... and then they made me pay for the new sensor...!!!!!
i went to buy a car from this dealership i found the car i want and then worked some numbers and we agreed on it after 2 hours we did the credit me and my wife my wife was home and they said my credit is frozen but my wife's is not and we have good credit i told him ok let my sales man follow me and take the paperwork to her they said they are not allowed to and i called my credit bureau and i took the freeze out and then the finance manager want do the deal and he lied to me and said no is still froze and i have the the lad... read more
