My name is Marcelo Schettini and I would like to open a complaint about this Toyota Central Florida store, it has no respect for the customer, I am waiting 4 hours to sign a contract for a Highlander Platinum, and it is not known at what time will solve. Took 2 hours for a safety check, oil change & tire rotation, not to mention the hard sell re the safety check - very expensive. Won’t b returning to this dealership

Tun from this dealership. All you read here is a lie. They make you provide a good evaluation but they are liars. They don't care about the client, just to sell you a car, for the worse deal. Specially Mr. Fred Robinson. Don't buy Toyota if you don't want to be scamed.
