Staff was great, until we seen the Dr, then things changed. She basically called my daughter a faker and liar. "Her machines dont lie". She talked down regarding my daughter to another staff member then they laughed together at my daughters expense. Very unprofessional and just out right disrespectful! Will never return again and I will make sure no one else we know goes here. -very disappointed in an adult professional!
Best care I have ever received!! Recommend CFSHC to anyone who needs speech and/or hearing services.
I'm pleased to be part of this team.
