Very caring place. Dr. Nail did my testing. She was excellent! She was patient, caring, on time and took her time. I didn't feel rushed. The facility was clean and comfortable, even cheery. Receptionist was helpful and made me feel welcome. While waiting for my appointment, there were people of all ages in the lobby (little ones and elderly). From what I saw everyone was treated with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend this place.
Rude, disrespectful, seems to think they can reprimand other people’s children. You don’t run a business with this many unprofessional employees all the way up to the CEO. Awful place and staff.

Dr. Nail is the best. She made my son feel very comfortable with this new stage of his life. She answered every one of his million questions about his new hearing aide, he’s only 9 years old and she made him feel as an equal.
Incredible facility that has a staff who is invested in their patients receiving the best quality of care!
