I recently had a really negative experience selling with Central. Despite the charm offensive at the beginning I found it very difficult to get through to anyone and my calls were often not returned. It became clear that their efforts are only put in to higher value properties when, quite late into my sale, Central listed the property I was purchasing. 2025 rental property management: Nancy has been reliable and straightforward to deal with.
