I found staff to be rude. I was led to believe the £50 I paid upront for the appointment also covered the 10 min follow up, however that cost me an extra £40 for a quick chat! When it was £50 for 50 mins and treatment - doesn't make sense. I asked nicely if I could check my availability for any future appointments at home and ring if I wanted to return, receptionist made me feel really small. Have been hounded with calls since. Will not be returning for the 2x a week as recommended, told there's not too much that can be done... read more
