Had my hall ,stairs, landing and lounge fitted on Monday. Very competitively priced and fitted really well . I will be going back in the new year to have both bedrooms done too !

Customer service is appalling, a invoice was not provided at the time the deposit was taken and a verbal agreement was made to fit the carpets but when they turned up very late only one fitter came and did not fit the carpet and left and took the carpet with him , i was refused a refund , instead he demanded the full amount of the carpets , it was cancelled twice , i wasnt given my £1,000 deposit back , i had no receipt just the card payment receipt, in the end i had no choice but to get the carpet fitted , the owner was ver... read more
