The doctors themselves are not bad but whenever you phone to make an appointment or get seen regardless of if you phone today or last year... You will be told that "you should phone up in two weeks" because they are understaffed. That's what they have been saying for two years. Goodluck if you have serious conditions.

Doctors great . Receptionists usually nice . One of them is extremely rude !
They really need to sort out the receptionist with the attitude problem. She has told us lies on various occasions and has also put the phone down on me in the past. My partner had an appointment with the nurse in order to document injuries after they were attacked. She didn't even bother to add her findings to their notes. This took us 5 months to rectify after a series of errors by this practice. Also my partner took a criminal injuries form in for the doctor to sign.
