Phoned up today to ask about a scan my daughter had been waiting for for months and the receptionist literally laughed at me. Disgusting behaviour for a medical receptionist about a serious health question. No appointment booking, no telephone appointments and no help, no real response at all apart from the ridicule that is. Diabolical behaviour, you should be ashamed to treat people this way.
Buchan medical practice NEW PITSLIGO,Maud,stricken etc.total waste of time.they dont care about anyone.if you need help dont join this practice as you will not get it.the practice manager (Stella) does nothing about anything either no matter what staff do and they talk to you like rubbish.one doctor said not so long ago I had an appointment with an (African American)doctor from Banff practice down to NEW PITSLIGO and he said I would never get a MRI scan he told me that I would never get one on the NHS.so I changed doctors an... read more

This service is not one that is fit for the 21st century. No e-consult, no e-booking, no digital sick notes. The lack of digitisation is embarrassing in comparison with most of the country. Some of the GPs themselves are amazing, but the practice itself does not have its patients' needs at its heart. If they did, they would welcome feedback, rather than deleting Facebook comments. They would also make their services convenient for local people, but they do not do this either. Lots of improvements need to be made.
