the physical apartments are fine it's the office staff that are rude , disrespectful and it's a disgrace it's ashame because alot of people are moving out because of it I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemie
this place is AWFUL!!!!!! This new management is the pits of HELL!!!!!!! All these good reviews are a bunch of lies. I had a flood got blamed for it and I got blamed for the odor it left after the water sat in the carpet. they didn't try to put me in a hotel or an emergency unit. whoever the rude little girl is in the office sound like she was called abby or whatever, she was not helpful and didn't care at all. they didn't even finish the job and left my apartment a mess. Don't move here! I can't wait to leave this place!
I'm not sure about all them but I came in yesterday to look at a townhome and before I even walked in the door way the smell of cat pee hit me in the face but they want you to pay 200 just for the app n the fees and when I walked into the office to check in the lady in the back was yelling and being rude as hell to a resident
Current resident, new management took over barely a month ago and I myself along with serveral other residents have had awful encounters with them. DO NOT lease an apartment here! The staff in the office lack communication, are unprofessional, and lack customer service skills. Tabitha is super rude and the way she talked to another employee in front of me was embarrassing. Won't be renewing my lease after living here for 4 years. Renters BEWARE!
RecommendedMy daughter recently moved in and she has loved it. There is no better feeling than knowing your kids are happy on their own. She has nothing but amazing things to say about the ladies in the office and she loves her apartment completely, as well as the amenities! Thank you Centerville Park for making my little girl happy!
This apartment complex is horrible the milk you to get through the door and then they can care less my grass on my back patio use to get mowed now it doesn’t but the rent goes up every year
This place is incredible. Best Management, best look , best price. They have a pool, playground , dog park and laundry. Move in now.
As a whole everyone in the office is super nice and accommodating. I really have to brag on the maintenance men. I feel like they never get any praise and they have really done a lot for me and Brock! Always coming in with a smile on their face, always telling me to have a great day, and never make me seem like I'm a bother. They are always there in a timely manner and just cannot say enough about them. I've never been treated like this at previous apartments! Thank you!!
invited to your brothers swimming pool in his complex and having the police called on you by the ignorant folks that call themselves employees of Centerville Park. Not one employee asked us for a guest past, as we’ve been swimming there for over 5 years and never have! Ohhh and the police not only trespassed me but my 7 year old daughter and my little cousins.... smh also was recorded by the man who was sitting by the water drinking on his liquor ( isn’t that illegal) �.....
