Give it back to Towne Properties. Monarch has made it infinitely worse to live here for countless reasons.
This is absolutely ridiculous! We shouldn’t have to walk through and park in this snow. We were never treated like this before. This is unacceptable especially with how much I pay in rent. There are no excuses as to why the snow isn’t removed. Previous maintenance would be out shoveling at least the sidewalks for the renters. You can’t call the office because it takes 15 calls before getting through to someone. As soon as my lease is up I’m out.
1/13/19 Horrible management. Nothing but excuses why nothing gets done. Had to do my own snow removal because they can't be bothered. I need a refund 😁😁. Said salt would not work and that they only do removal over 2 inches, well they better get a new ruler because it's well over 4 inches.
I used to like this place-office staff was nice and helpful, maintenance was always right there anytime I had a problem, and the place looked nice-NOT ANYMORE! The girls in the office are rude-constantly interrupt me and don’t listen to what I’m trying to say, and I’ve been requesting maintenance to come fix 2 things in my place SINCE OCTOBER!! And I guess they don’t care to keep it looking nice-I can’t tell you how many places have ripped apart blinds and trash in front of their door that you see from the street.
