My mother was a patient of Janet's since the office was first opened and now my husband goes - that is 31 years in my family and we couldn't ask for anything better. Janet and Stacy and Linda exceed what is necessary. They are friendly, caring and 100% professional. I have and will continue to tell my friends that this is the place to go if they need any kind of audiology service at all. They are wonderful!

We've been going to Janet for over 16 years, first with my parents and then my wife and myself. She is knowledgeable and very caring in her work. In the past, she has told me that my hearing wasn't bad enough for hearing aids, but when I went to her this spring she said that Opticon had just come out with a new hearing aid (OpticonOPN) ideal for someone like me that needed clarity more than volume. And she was right. They are great without any of the bothersome background noise problems common with conventional hearing aids.... read more
