Excellent customer service from the initial phone call, the quick efficient exam, and the turnaround time of the hearing aids. Dr Westlund even tried to fix my old device while I was waiting for the new one! Stacey went out of her way to improve the quality of the visit! Highly recommended
From the moment we walked into the Center for Audiology we were made to feel welcome. Dr. Westlund and Dr. Briggs made us feel comfortable, as did Stacy at the front desk. All questions were answered professionally and the entire experience was nothing but a pleasure. We would definitely recommend the Center to others in need of audiology services.
I have been going to Janet for many years and have been extremely satisfied with the treatment she and her staff provide. My hearing has grown worse over the years and she always provides the best solution to my hearing loss. If I have an issue with my hearing aids she is right on top of finding the solution to the problem. I consider her a friend as well as my dr. I would highly recommend her to anyone with hearing issues.
Janet is very personable as are all of the office personel. She ran me through several tests and helped me understand what was going to happen. This office exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
My Mom, Lucy Hernandez, is a patient of Janet Westlund. My Mom was very resistant regarding hearing aids. Dr. Westlund was very kind and patient with her and thanks to Dr. Westlund my Mom can hear and understand everything and is no longer unaware of what is going on around her.
My Dad is a patient and they take great care of him . He is more homebound and not very mobile now and they are very accommodating!
I can't say enough about Janet and her entire staff! I've been going to Janet for several years. I am so grateful that I decided to use her for my audiology needs. I have told many people that she is the one to go to. Janet is so very kind, honest, and goes over and beyond. She definitely is the very BEST!!! I would recommend her to anyone with audiology needs.
