Dr Westlund is very knowledgeable, professional and is not pushy. She lets the patient decide on when they should get the hearing aides. I have always felt very comfortable with everyone in that office.
Dr. Janet Westlund is thorough and knowledgeable. She performed an extensive examination to ensure there were no medical problems which may have caused my hearing loss. She didn't just recommend a certain type of hearing aid for me, but also explained why she recommended that type over others that she had recommended to other patients. Janet Westlund helped my Mother and Father and now she’s helping me. She is kind, patient and will do anything to make sure you can hear your best possible. She takes as much time as you need to understand this new phase in your life to get your hearings aids just right for you. She is the best in every way.

Dr. Janet Westlund is the best!! I Set up an appointment with Janet she knew exactly what I needed from my hearing test, set me up with hearing aids, let me have them for two weeks to try out and they are fabulous!! I have no more hearing problems thanks to Dr. Janet Westlund. I am so grateful that I met Janet back in 2005 she was actually one of my clients and I stayed in contact with her and knew she would be the best for any hearing needs.
