The appliances were all pretty bad, there’s hardly any nice amenities (no pool in the complex, not much outside area to hang out in close to the building I was in) and it’s near a sketchy area so it doesn’t always feel safe. I was located on the first flood and the parking lot was directly next to my window. The setup of the apartment isn’t great and there was no ventilation in the kitchen so cooking would cause the smoke detector to go off often. Great location in Raleigh! Close to NCSU and Wake Tech. Clean and large apartment homes.
I called today due to an incident that happened with a vehicle parked on property. My tires were slashed sometime over the weekend. I called numerous times today with messages left but no return phone call. A member of the office staff was asked ( when my child went into the office) if any other incidents were reported. The staff member said no. How would you know if you don’t answer the phone. I have entrusted this complex with the safety of my child and her property and the have failed. Five stars for the friendly office staff (Kristen, I think) making sure my daughter's fruit delivery made it to her apartment. She even called me back to let me know it had been placed on the kitchen counter! Thanks so much!
