Good in their approach and good for handling and care of your pet
Poor attitude to a bird that was found in absolute agony. The excuse from vetenary nurse was she was pregnant. Well I'm appauled, I thought this is why vet practices have gloves and hand sanitizer, have more chance catch something off a cat and a dog than a bird.
Cath was very good and put our minds at rest
