Worst management, they keep you waiting for hours and hours, nobody responds well and the staff are very rude, a lot of time waste. There is no ventilation in the room, feels very suffocating and has foul smell, worst maintenance

I have paid for skin products which they failed to dispatch. When asked for refund of courier charges, they denied and instead offered a credit which I outrightly refused. I told them to cancel whole order and refund whole amount. They have asked send my bank account details and said they will refund in 15 days. Such cheap tatics by professional clinic in Jubilee hills. Dr Raj would be ashamed to know about their management tactics.
