I have lived here since May, and so far I love it. I think the apartment managers are friendly and professional. They take care of repairs very quickly, and anytime I have had a complaint it's been looked into, and resolved.
This is by far my favorite neighborhood to live in. Some of the neighbor kids are messy, but the adults are friendly, the complex is nice, the Wednesday social is great, and the staff is very professional and helpful. I've been here over a year and have already renewed to stay longer. Plus a few police officers even live in the neighborhood, so you get an added layer of safety and security. Well worth the fair cost and commute.
