We are waiting for a refund of pet deposit. You were given a copy of original lease so it made your job easier. You complain about doing enough for the property so just do your job and refund money. $150 is rightfully ours. Deceit has gone on long enough. 7 months and counting. Complaint after complaint from most residents, you dont answer phone calls or if leave message with call center you don't return call. No wonder your ratings are low. This is home. I love everything about this place.
I just moved into Cedar Grove Apartments at the end of December and everything in my apartment was spotless and in excellent condition. Now that I've lived here for two months, I can honestly say that I love it! The management and maintenance staff are always friendly, helpful, and available. The amenities and courtyard areas are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking to move into this area.
I honestly don't understand the negative reviews! I have lived here since May and absolutely love it so far. The location is great with plenty of space and grassy area - perfect for walks with your dog. The treeline gives it a secluded feel and the water feature is calming. It's generally pretty quiet, aside from the occasional group of kids playing outside (and who can blame them for that?), but they usually disperse quickly to enjoy the playground, pool, basketball hoop, etc. The management and maintenance staff are great;... read more
