Not worth the price... no up to date appliances...carpets are old ..if theres anything good to say about these apartments, they have high ceilings and spacious bathrooms...other than that its really no different from an 800 dollar a month apt..the best bet is to spend a little more a month and go to sylvana oaks or just go rent a house like we did...and the ONLY way youll get ANYBODY to fix anything is if you leave a comment about Glen and Ryan... anybody you see I the reviews mentioning their names were just trying to get t... read more
RecommendedMaintenance, Chris and Glen, do a wonderful job! They provide quick and courteous service. Spencer in the office does a wonderful job answering questions and helping as well. A great team and great place to live!
This a small complex with lots of space between units. Very quiet and peaceful. Folks walk around at night all the time with no problems. No vandalism or property theft. Front office staff is very good; Spencer is a champ. The maintenance team is the hardest-working, most responsive team that I have ever experienced. Toured an apartment in May and was approved. Decided to cancel because I found a better apartment. Was told my $150 would be refunded to me in a month. That month has passed and no refund. I have been calling for weeks and I keep getting the run around. Since then I was told that I will only receive $99 back. And now I was told that they have no record that I ever did an application. This place is a scam!!!

I am very upset that we had a leak from the upstairs apartment on 4/13/19 at 1:30 am. I called the emergency maintenance for water pouring from ceiling. still no show from maintenance or response from cedar Grove. Hall bathroom is in ruins water and ceiling pieces all over bathroom. I am thankful that leaked stopped on it's own. my adult son is in a wheelchair and couldn't take stairs to tell neighbors. I am a nurse and work nights. Lived here for almost 3 months now. Love it. Quiet and peaceful. Only thing that wakes me up is when I sleep in on the weekends and I hear the birds chirping outside. I don’t have any pets but I never hear any being loud around me. Highly recommend. Only negative is the traffic on Dorchester Road. CGA has been a great transition point for me while going through my separation / divorce.
