Cedar Estates have been a great estate agent for us throughout our move. A special thank you to our property manager, Viktoria, who has gone above and beyond to help us settle in smoothly. She’s been fantastic at resolving the usual issues that come with moving into a new home - always quick to respond, proactive, and incredibly helpful. We really appreciate her support.
Have been using Cedar for the last year letting our flat. Anything we have needed has been dealt with in a responsive manner, mainly by Victoria the senior property manager. Would happily recommend their services!
Cedar Estates took away all the stress when it came to letting out my property, honestly, I cannot thank Viktoria enough for just taking care of everything from beginning to end, ordering and receiving and arranging to fit all appliances etc, making the property look lovely and then taking care of the letting from beginning to end, and all mixed in with such a lovely bunch of down to earth people who were all so helpful to me - thank you all and especially Viktoria for all your incredible work, its much appreciated - Dee
Don't rent with them unless you want to get screwed over - we had agreed on a tenancy renewal and without warning my tenancy got cancelled because the landlord sold the building. We were not informed about this at all and when I called them up they tried to gaslight me into thinking I had been warned - couldn't find any email correspondence to corroborate their claim btw. And then when I tried to contact the person in charge of managing my property for a potential landlord recommendation they sent me away. Extremely unsympat... read more
