STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Poor understanding of all aspects of building. Don’t trust them with your property.
I can not rate or praise the team at CECPM highly enough, for the management of our apartment block and level of service. The correspondence and swift action when queries or concerns are raised is flawless. Special mention to Andrew, very grateful for all the help across the board and being an incredibly proactive manager.
CEC PM took over the Management three years ago. They have resolved many issues left by the previous Management company. Very competitive with fees and very reasonable with any charges. Having dealt with other Property Management companies, I have no hesitation in recommending CEC PM. Easy to contact, easy to talk to.
