Called them for a qoute and they came for a site visit quickly and promised all sorts. Did not mention they use external contractors for installation. After installing a new system, one camera didn't work (within 12 months) and after number of attempts removing to fix they said call your installer (3rd party) called him many times and he said he will charge a call out fee and if the camera is faulty I need to get CCTV depot to replace it. I highly rated CCTV depot in terms of technical knowledge about product and after sales support. Their staff are highly knowledgeable and supportive. Being technical guy I would highly recommended them for Hikvision products.
