disgraceful company. if they can do it by making money, they wont help until they are making money from it. even if its attending and pressing a button. they refuse to tell the tenant or british gas which button to press and forcefully insist on a call out that must be paid for. utterly disgusting.

I am disabled and rely upon an intercom which is out of action awaiting CCSS to fix it Friday PM Still waiting despite letter saying they were going to fix it today I rang twice and was informed that the letter was incorrect and they will have to rebook!!! .
