Such a lovely, helpful guy. Had exactly the bike I was after in great condition and at a very fair price. Went over and above to fit the bike with a lovely bell and lights just to get me by until I purchase some of my choice. Can’t fault the service at all. Delivered the bike for me too on his way home from work. Thank you Dave!
Needed a new tyre valve for my wife’s bike. Fitted whilst we waited and at a reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and efficient service. A good range of new and used bikes for sale including e bikes, will definitely use again. Retuned today to test some e bikes, good choice and helpful advice, found one perfect for my wife’s use. 5*
Sadly need to leave a review I feel is honest but not a good reflection on this business. I had purchased some pedals from here and after struggling to remove my original ones without correct tools I asked if they could help.. I must also add that when I first frequented the shop I was clearly ignored as the gentleman was engaging in a conversation with someone. Dave has been fixing my bike since he started working here just over 3 years ago. He always fits in a slot to diagnose any problems managing to fix any issues promptly and with a smile. When a job has taken a little longer he even lends me one of his bikes free of charge. If your bike needs fixing then C.C.C. Accessories is the place to go.
My son lost a part to his scooter, we walked round to the shop. Was met by a friendly man who said leave it with me for 20 minutes and I'll see what I can do. Arrived back to a fixed scooter and no charge. Great service and would recommend. Thanks again for your kindness.
