1st time with any clinic so can't talk for others, but I have no complaints at all. Process was really simple and they took care of most things for me. Had my appointment and answered the doctors questions. After MDT passed it was 2 days for my prescription to arrive. Had no issues at all and considering they are a fraction of the cost of other clinics, they seem just as attentive and responsive (did look at another clinic to compare). Professional experience from the beginning. Quickly got an appointment and first prescription arrived all within a week and a half. Follow up went well. All good so far.
You’re better off with another clinic. Staff will waste your time and not respond to emails and lie on phone calls.
There a r better options out there and they’ve just had a huge data leak, outsourcing patient info to India.
Clearly they have zero clue on data protections absolute joke of a company should be fined for the breach of GDPR
