Gone into administration I see. Definitely NOT the right way to sell your car or buy one.
Awful customer care. Within weeks the brakes had ceased up & was told I had to drive the car 1.5hrs away despite being ‘sold’ (forced) to take extended warranty on basis I could take it to a local approved garage. Complaint took over a week to acknowledge which is outside FCA processes. Complaint handler said that I can’t have any money back and now (miraculously) they allow RAC option. Never using again or recommending
Returned a car. Quick and easy process. Very happy.
Purchased car from cazoo, picked up at centre 11 miles away. Fault with handbrake, needs to be mended under warranty but told i have to take car to a centre 45 miles away on a week day. This will cost me considerable petrol and time (will have to take a day annual leave from work.) I Will never buy from or recommend cazoo again.
I purchased a car, and on day one I contacted cazoo to tell them the car was faulty. It took me 6 months and multiple reports from garages (at my own expense) to prove thr car was not road worthy. I was told “your not used to diesel cars, thats all the noise is” -the bottom off the car had become detatched -DPF filter needed replacing -one of the tyres was budget -tyre tracking always out from odd tyres -bold tyres -new brake pads and disks all around the car.
