I had a good experience with my first Cazoo car in 2020, I have got a second one and now sadly I am experiencing the same as many other reviewers, the after care service is poor and it seems to be intentional, Customer Service seems to be ignoring my emails and no body answers the phone for the after care options, spent 50 minutes waiting, twice! Wheel fell off my car after 4 months, clearly not fitted properly when new tyre fitted by Cazoo. They don’t want to know anything about it.. 300 point check is clearly a nonsense.. willing to sell people death traps
