Sold me a lemon of a car that I'm pretty sure has been in a crash, and dragged their feet so long regarding repairs that the extended warranty ran out. Refund process has so far taken so long that multiple other things have gone wrong with it, and I'm now stood on the side of a road with a 15 month old baby and a blown out tyre due to uneven wear, due to the cars wobble, a problem I reported over 2 months ago, have spent hours on the phone trying to get it sorted under the extended warranty , and basically being ignored. Purchased 2 cars over the last 18 months. With both I got a call the day before delivery to say they’d found faults and needed to delay delivery. Both took weeks (3 & 5 weeks) to resolve. The customer service is just horrible, 2-3 days turn around for an email that resolves nothing - multiple things missed. Will never used Cazoo again
the gears were broken and the suspension , we put trust in an on line company but the car is rubbish
Bought a £12000 qahqui the service was great car was great then we left the showroom and that’s where it went down hill within 2 miles the engine management light came on so we returned the car and was given a courtesy car as no mechanics on a weekend fair enough these things happen was our initial thinking then the week after had no calls from cazoo I had to do all the chasing on hold 20/30 minutes a time the car apparently needed a lambda sensor this was fitted on the Wednesday had to ring Thursday to see if car was ready ... read more
