We booked in with Caz for her hypnobirthing course when I was pregnant with my second. We had a Hypnobirthing course with Caz and it honestly was the best thing we did. We were so informed going into the birth of our first baby, we had such an easy ride during our homebirth as we put into practice everything we had learnt from Caz. She went above and beyond, we got the cutest little birthing pack with all the birthing essentials that we never knew we needed. She backs up everything she teaches you with actual science! We had a lovey experience with Caz, from the first free consultation, to the weekly consultations we had on zoom. She helped to psychologically prepared us for a natural birth, enabling us to understand and know we could make some decisions we were not previously aware of (such as choice of deciding to birthing at home after a previous caesarean). Fantastic 5 week hypnobirthing course. I feel so much better informed and prepared than I did for my first birth. Caz is incredibly knowledgable and approachable so you feel comfortable asking her about any aspects of birth and looking after a newborn. Would highly recommend.
