I bought a C-Class from here last week. I have mixed feelings as when I drove it home I realised something wasn't right and it turns out one of the suspension arms was bent and it had two bald tires. I contacted them straight away and they have paid for the repair which is fantastic. Great service but also was told it had a good service history although it was lost when asked for it I was given a service book from them which had stamps in for the last three services. Lovely staff, came down to check a Audi A3 out, Car is spot on and Brand new for a bargain price. Would definitely recommend to visit here again in the future.
If I could I wouldn't give any stars. Please avoid this car dealer! I bought a car in March (I understand these cars are used) but the same day it had a very bad oil leak ! Rang them back and was told to go through my warranty. Well the warranty sold to me by this dealer didn't even cover the repairs of an oil leak. So I rang the dealer back, they agreed to take the car and get it sorted. In order to get to work I had to get a rental car whilst this one was being 'repaired' picked it up a week later ... and still had an oil ... read more
